Fleet
Productivity,Inc has acquired the franchise rights to the St.
Paul, Minnesota territory. The franchise will be operated by
owners Doug Yaste, Tony Perez and Marj Starner. They bring a
diverse background to VTS (Vehicle Tracking Solutions) that will
complement their efforts in building the franchise. VTS continues
to add franchise locations in strategic markets throughout the
United States. This is the seventh VTS franchise. We look to add
15 new franchise locations in 2009.
